About the role

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the hotel ensuring that all departments consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience while achieving the hotels financial commercial quality and people objectives. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee the Hotel Manager provides hands-on leadership across Rooms Food & Beverage Guest Experience Engineering Housekeeping and other operational functions. The role is expected to act as a visible leader within the hotel driving service excellence operational discipline colleague engagement and compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards and brand requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the hotels day-to-day operational activities and ensure all departments operate efficiently and collaboratively
  • Maintain consistent standards across Front Office Housekeeping F&B Engineering Security and other operational areas
  • Champion a strong guest-centric culture throughout the hotel monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews and personally handle escalated guest complaints
  • Oversee the operational performance of Front Office and Housekeeping ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures and high standards of room cleanliness
  • Provide operational oversight of all F&B outlets and services ensuring food quality service standards hygiene and guest experience meet required standards
  • Support the General Manager in achieving hotel financial targets monitor departmental expenses and operational costs and work closely with Finance and Department Heads to control costs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Radisson Hotel Group brand standards operating procedures and quality requirements through regular quality inspections
  • Lead coach and develop Department Heads and operational leaders establish clear departmental KPIs and promote a culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Ensure colleagues receive appropriate operational and brand training and work with HR/L&D to implement relevant development programs
  • Act as a senior operational leader during emergencies and critical incidents coordinate cross-departmental response during operational disruptions

About you

  • Minimum 710 years of progressive hotel operations experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior hotel management position such as Hotel Manager Executive Assistant Manager Director of Operations or equivalent
  • Previous experience with an international hotel brand is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing multiple hotel departments and Department Heads
  • Strong Rooms Division and F&B operational knowledge
  • Strong understanding of hotel P&L budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Proven experience improving guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Strong understanding of hotel quality standards and brand compliance
  • Excellent English communication skills; Thai language is an advantage
