Head of Finance Aesthetic Clinic

Location: Siam Paragon area Bangkok

Reporting to: Global Manager based in Singapore

Team: Two junior finance staff

About the Role

Our client is a growing international aesthetic clinic business seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to lead its accounting and finance function in Thailand.

This newly created position will oversee financial reporting budgeting accounting tax and audit coordination. You will manage a small finance team strengthen systems and controls and work closely with international management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting and finance systems policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily finance operations and ensure accurate timely financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets and deliver budget-versus-actual analyses.
• Provide financial analysis and monthly management reports to support business decisions.
• Oversee receipts payments and tax accounting.
• Manage tax matters and liaise with external auditors and the Thai Revenue Department.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement fraud prevention measures.
• Manage and develop two junior finance staff.
• Coordinate with international management on financial performance and business planning.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management financial controls and auditing.
• At least three years of experience in receipts payments and tax accounting.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards Thai taxation and tax planning.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Experience working with international headquarters is preferred.
• Experience in aesthetic clinics dermatology plastic surgery beauty or healthcare is preferred.
• Experience with a Korean company or Korean language proficiency would be an advantage.
• CPA qualification is not required.
