Graduate Trainee – Ethical Digital Marketing

This position is based in the Abbott Thailand Office located at Q house Lumpini.

What Youll Work On

• Lead the development and execution of Ethical digital strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Drive personalized HCP journeys through marketing automation tool and digital engagement initiatives.

• Manage and optimize Ethical digital platforms including LINE OA and HCP Portal.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Ethical digital initiatives and campaigns.

• Coordinate with regional teams and regional IT partners/vendors to support the implementation of digital solutions.

• Track monitor and analyze projects performance KPIs and effectiveness to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Prepare regular reports and performance updates.

• Manage and optimize digital platforms ensuring seamless user experience and engagement.

• Manage Ethical digital marketing budget.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned under the Graduate Trainee program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

• Proficiency in English language both written and verbal.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
