Full Stack Developer (Java ScriptJava Spring Boot)

Scope of Work:

• Design develop test deploy and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers UI/UX Designers QA Engineers and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications while building secure and efficient back-end services.
• Design and optimize databases ensuring data integrity performance and scalability.
• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in system architecture technical design and code review sessions.
• Create and execute unit integration and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues in development testing and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability scalability and security.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies frameworks and engineering best practices to improve development efficiency.
• Support production releases and provide post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution when required

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in software development
• Proven experience in full-stack software development with hands-on experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular along with HTML5 CSS3 and TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development experience using at least one of the following: Python (Django/FastAPI) Java (Spring Boot) or .NET.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development practices including code reviews and pull requests.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture event-driven systems and distributed application design.
• Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 JWT and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies including unit integration and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as Jest Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
