Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations across all outlets banquet and catering functions ensuring exceptional guest experiences operational excellence revenue growth profitability and compliance with brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience managing restaurants bars and banquet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop motivate and lead teams.
• Sound knowledge of F&B operations guest service standards and food safety regulations.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting cost control revenue management and profitability.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Thai both written and spoken.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with guests employees and stakeholders at all levels.
