Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Transportation Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.

• Advanced qualifications or certifications in fleet/logistics management are a plus.

Experience

• 812 years of experience in fleet or transportation management.

• Proven experience managing owned fleet operations (trucks drivers).

• Strong background in managing both blue-collar and white-collar teams.

• Hands-on experience dealing with labor unions and industrial relations.

• Experience in large-scale logistics or transportation environments preferred.

• Experience in managing EV Trucks
