Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Logistics Transportation Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
Advanced qualifications or certifications in fleet/logistics management are a plus.
Experience
812 years of experience in fleet or transportation management.
Proven experience managing owned fleet operations (trucks drivers).
Strong background in managing both blue-collar and white-collar teams.
Hands-on experience dealing with labor unions and industrial relations.
Experience in large-scale logistics or transportation environments preferred.
Experience in managing EV Trucks

Fleet utilization rate

Driver turnover rate
Maintenance compliance and downtime
