Field Service VII, Thermal

POSITION SUMMARY

• This position will be undertaking maintenance start-up testing commissioning troubleshooting repairing of company monitoring product and relate product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide all preventive maintenance services on-site through shift rotation assignments with the main task being system cleaning.
• To support all corrective maintenance site troubleshooting and coordination with other related parties to resolve any site issues and problems within the resolution time set by the companys goals.
• Organize all site reports in compliance with customer agreements.
• To provide service reports with technical recommendations to customers leading to additional purchase orders and opportunities for Service Sales on a weekly basis.
• Strictly comply with VERTIVs and the customers safety standards and policies.
• To provide technical support and assistance in the cost evaluation for Time & Material repair quotations.
• Exercise a professional and customer-oriented approach reflecting VERTIV as a company with world-class quality service levels.
• Keep up to date with knowledge and application of company products/services.
• Continually develop and improve as a service professional through self-analysis reading benchmarking against the best in the industry and practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding and knowledge of Thermal-related products..
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Thermal maintenance and services industry.
• Diligent honest patient highly disciplined and with an unlimited commitment to providing service.
• Proficient in Thai communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision self-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated proactive and detail-oriented.
• Committed to service excellence and goal-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and being self-driven.
