Field Marketing Manager Thailand

To accompany our exponential growth Fortinet Thailand is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager -Thailand to help expand our customer and market footprint by focusing on lead generation campaigns driving marketing generated opportunities and sales pipeline.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

• Drive and work closely with Sales stakeholders to support the development and implementation of effective marketing initiatives in Thailand.
• Drive demand generation brand awareness and thought leadership activities in resulting in marketing generated opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute high impact in-country integrated marketing/lead generation campaigns (digital & offline) to drive demand and leads for Fortinet solutions to support a strong sales pipeline.
• Responsible for building in-country marketing plans & flawless execution to ensure effective follow-through and measurement of leads to optimize ROI of marketing budget.
• Manage and roll-out key marketing activities and events in the region such as end-customers trade exhibitions sponsorship advertisement etc.
• Work with third party agencies for smooth execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize/adapt campaigns and programs ensuring consistency of Fortinet branding & messages across the countries whilst being the countrys subject matter expert.
• Timely report on marketing campaigns/programs and budget.

We Are Looking For:

• Specific knowledge of and prior experience with IT Industry preferably IT Security or Networking.
• Understanding of and experience in developing and managing field marketing programs (lead generation campaigns nurturing campaigns online advertising events management etc.) directly and through third party agencies.
• Proven track record and successes of driving integrated marketing campaigns (both digital & offline) with pipeline generation responsibilities and ownership.
• Ability to not only plan and organize but also execute effectively high-touch/major account events and programs (Fortinet seminars roadshows/workshops and conferences).
• Experience in budget planning and generate marketing reports based on campaigns run. Experience in SFDC/ Tableau reporting is essential.
• Positive attitude strong work ethic responsive strong organization and communication skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing in the IT Sector.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to assimilate technical knowledge.
