Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at an OEM production site. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency product quality on-time delivery regulatory compliance and continuous improvement while acting as the key liaison between the factory regional management and headquarters.

• Manage daily factory operations to achieve production quality and delivery targets.

• Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor production performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and local manufacturing requirements.

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional headquarters on production planning and new product launches.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience including at least 3 years in a management role.

• Experience in Automotive EV Motorcycle OEM manufacturing or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of production planning Lean Manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills.
