About the role
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and professional Personal Assistant to the General Manager (PA to GM) to provide comprehensive administrative organizational and operational support to the General Manager of Holiday Inn. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of coordination between the General Manager hotel department heads management team colleagues guests owners corporate offices suppliers and external stakeholders. This position requires excellent organization communication time management discretion and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment managing multiple priorities handling confidential information and ensuring that important tasks meetings follow-ups and deadlines are effectively managed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager
- Manage the GMs calendar appointments meetings travel arrangements and daily schedule
- Prioritize incoming requests correspondence and appointments
- Prepare the General Manager for meetings by organizing agendas documents reports and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule Executive Committee meetings Department Head meetings management meetings and operational briefings
- Prepare meeting agendas presentations minutes and action-point summaries
- Draft and proofread emails letters reports presentations announcements and internal communications
- Compile and organize hotel performance reports departmental reports financial information operational updates and management presentations
- Arrange domestic and international business travel accommodation transportation itineraries and meeting schedules for the General Manager
- Handle confidential information relating to hotel operations employees finances guests commercial activities and management decisions with discretion and professionalism
About you
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Hotel Management Secretarial Studies Communications or a related field
- Minimum 25 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant Executive Secretary Management Coordinator Hotel Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in a hotel resort hospitality company or international organization is highly preferred
- Previous experience supporting a General Manager Hotel Manager Managing Director Director or senior executive is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Google Workspace
- Excellent calendar management meeting coordination documentation and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of the General Manager
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment
