Job Summary
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the engineering team and managing maintenance process improvement and technical projects to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on equipment reliability preventive maintenance productivity enhancement and cost reduction while ensuring compliance with quality safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team to support manufacturing operations.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee equipment performance maintenance KPIs and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 and safety requirements.
- Support SAP BOM and production routing management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing FMCG automation or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma GMP and ISO standards.
- Experience in maintenance management process engineering and team leadership.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical/electronic controls is an advantage.
