Description

The AI Business Partner (AI Expert) acts as the strategicbridge between business functions and the AI Center of Excellence identifyingshaping and accelerating high-value AI opportunities across the organization.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders tounderstand operational challenges translate them into AI use cases and drivethe end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from ideation and business casedevelopment to implementation and value realization.

The AI Business Partner promotes AI adoption facilitatesworkshops and opportunity assessments aligns AI initiatives with businesspriorities and ensures solutions deliver measurable business outcomes whileadhering to governance security and responsible AI standards.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information TechnologyData Science Engineering or a related field with 5 years of experience indigital transformation analytics AI consulting or business partneringroles.
• Strong understanding of AIGenerative AI data analytics and businessprocess optimization with the ability to translate technical concepts intoclear business value propositions.
• Proven stakeholder management andcommunication skills including experience facilitating workshops influencing seniorleaders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability todevelop business cases prioritize opportunities manage delivery teams andtrack value realization.
• Experience with enterprise technologies such asMicrosoft Copilot Power Platform cloud platforms or AI solutions is highlydesirable along with a proactive mindset strong problem-solving capabilitiesand a passion for driving innovation and organizational change.
