Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Fico Corporation. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Job Description:

-Provide overall leadership and direction across all operational functions including Rooms Division Food & Beverage and Engineering ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

-Drive business performance by optimizing costs enhancing productivity and ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

-Develop and execute operational strategies policies and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and elevate service standards.

-Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through effective coaching mentoring and performance management.

-Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance brand standards and all applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality or related field.

-Minimum of 812 years of progressive experience in hotel operations including at least 35 years in a senior leadership capacity.

-Strong operational background in Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage with full understanding of end-to-end hotel operations.

-High level of adaptability resilience and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.

-Results-driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.

As per Hotel Policy. Salary package can be negotiated
