We are looking for Director of Engineering with qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical electrical civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional engineering certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 810 years of engineering experience including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing hotel engineering operations including preventive maintenance capital projects and building services; luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing fire & life safety systems and building management systems.
• Sound understanding of local building regulations occupational health & safety environmental and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in budgeting cost control energy management and capital expenditure planning.
• Strong leadership people management project management and contractor management skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Results-oriented proactive and able to work under pressure with a good command of English language proficiency is an advantage.
