Position: Head of Business Product

Job Purpose

The Head of Operations Applications is responsible for leading the strategicplanning implementation and management of the companys Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) and EMS systems with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA. This roleensures seamless integration and optimization of all business processesproduction logistics warehouse management transportation managementfinance HR plant maintenance and qualityworking closely with Heads ofCommercial and Sourcing Applications enhancing operational efficiency costcontrol and profitability to support the companys long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic ERP/ MES Leadership: Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business priorities ensuring flexibility for future needs.
2. SAP Oversight: Lead deployment support and optimization of SAP modules: PP FI CO PM QM and EWM.
3. Business Process Expertise: Streamline and standardize core processes such Hire-to-Retire (HTR) Record-to-Report (RTR) and Plan-to-Make (PTM).
4. Commercial Enablement: Work closely with Head of Commercial Applications within ERP to support sales growth pricing strategies and customer service improvements.
5. Cost Efficiency & Control: Identify automation opportunities process redundancies and inefficiencies across functions to drive cost savings and improve gross margins.
6. Manufacturing Optimization:
- Leverage ERP and integrated systems (MES SCADA) to enable predictive maintenance minimize downtime and optimize production capacity.
- Monitor quality control through digital tracking and integration with SAP QM.
- Ensure service and plant maintenance processes are proactive and resource-efficient.
7. Integration & Mobility: Oversee seamless integration with adjacent systems (MES SCADA mobile apps) using tools like SAP CPI and ABAP.
8. Analytics & Reporting: Enable accurate real-time reporting and dashboards to support executive decision-making and operational performance.
9. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key business partner to Operations Finance Sales Supply Chain and IT functions.
10. Team Leadership: Mentor coach and lead ERP IT and digital transformation teams to meet performance goals and support career growth.

Education
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Finance or Business Administration.
2. SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g. FI/CO MM PP SD and ABAP) highly preferred.

Experience
1. 10 years of ERP leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior management or enterprise-wide transformation role.
2. Strong experience in both SAP consultancy and in-house ERP ownership within manufacturing industries.
3. Experience implementing full life-cycle ERP transformations and business process reengineering.

Technical Proficiency
1. SAP Modules: PP LE TM FI CO PM QM WM EWM Foreign Trade.
2. Programming & Integration: ABAP SAP CPI API integrations.
3. Other Systems: MES SCADA mobile applications warehouse automation.
4. Advanced Analytics: BI/BO dashboards KPI monitoring tools.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Understanding of SAP on-prem vs cloud (RISE with SAP experience is a plus).
