Position: Export Sales Coordinator - OEM Industries

Work location:Bangkok

Responsibility:

• Verify required documents for order creation and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Track delivery status and customer payments; handle delivery-related issues.
• Receive sales data (Purchase Orders) from the marketing team and input product details into the company system.
• Review and ensure accuracy of order-related data in SAP; issue memos for corrections.
• Coordinate production packaging shipping vessel booking and payment processes before and after delivery.
• Communicate delivery confirmation to customers.
• Gather and follow up on export documents and shipping details (e.g. container numbers vessel info delivery schedules).
• Investigate and resolve delivery errors through negotiation and coordination with internal teams and customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experiences in manufacturing and export coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Responsible detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong English skills (speaking writing reading listening).
• Prior experience is an advantage.
