Compliance Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Law Auditing or a related field.
• CPA ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance accounting compliance audit governance or commercial finance within a multinational environment.
• Hospitality hotel or audit firm experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies contractual obligations financial controls and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support compliance reviews audits risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen governance controls and risk management.
