Job Summary
The Senior Manager Core Partnership (KA NTL) is responsible for leading and strengthening strategic partnerships with key accounts and network/territory leaders to drive business growth retention and long-term value creation. This role oversees partnership planning stakeholder engagement performance management and cross-functional coordination to ensure aligned execution against commercial objectives. The incumbent is expected to identify growth opportunities resolve partnership issues proactively and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong commercial acumen leadership capability and the ability to influence outcomes in a complex matrixed environment.
Lead strategic partnership planning and execution for key accounts and network/territory leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and retention.
Identify partnership opportunities address issues proactively and drive resolution to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor partnership performance analyze results and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives priorities and delivery plans.
Support commercial discussions negotiations and joint business planning as required.
Ensure partnership activities are aligned with company strategy policies and governance standards.
Prepare reports updates and insights for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Strong experience in partnership management account management business development or related commercial roles.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to drive results through collaboration.Technical Competencies
Commercial competency to make balanced decisions or recommendations as the leader of Underwriting discipline
Technical underwriting expertise across medical financial occupational and lifestyle risks
Strong judgment in complex high-value and non-standard cases
Knowledge of mortality claims and portfolio risk analysis
