Job Summary

We are looking for a Human-Centric Designer to transform thedistribution andcustomer experiencesin our life insurance business. You will design digitalsalesand service touchpoints that are intuitive empathetic and accessible ensuring our solutions meet the real needs of policyholders agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research with policyholders agents and stakeholders to understand their needs pain points and behaviors.
• Develop personas empathy maps and customer journey maps specific to life insurance products and services.
• Ideate prototype and iterate on digital and service solutions (e.g. policy onboarding claims agent tools) based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product engineering marketing and compliance teams to ensure designs arefeasible compliant and aligned with business goals.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all customer-facing touchpoints.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to business and technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulatory requirements and best practices in insurance and digital design.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in UX/UI service design or human-centered design roles preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong portfoliodemonstratinghuman-centric design projects ideally in life insurance or related sectors.
• Proficiencyin design and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing in regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication collaboration and storytelling skills.
• Empathy curiosity and a passion for improving life insurance experiences.
• Knowledge of digital sales tools agent platforms and customer self-service solutions(Preferred).
