Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the executive leadership team to develop and execute business strategy.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support growth profitability and operational excellence.
• Lead long-range planning budgeting forecasting and strategic investment decisions.
• Support M&A activities business expansion and capital projects as required.

Financial Management

• Oversee all accounting financial reporting taxation treasury and audit activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain strong financial controls governance and compliance frameworks.
• Manage cash flow liquidity banking relationships and working capital optimization.

Manufacturing Finance

• Lead financial oversight of multiple manufacturing plants.
• Monitor plant profitability cost performance production efficiency and inventory management.
• Drive manufacturing cost improvement initiatives and margin enhancement programs.
• Evaluate and support capital expenditure investments and return-on-investment analyses.

Business Performance & Commercial Finance

• Establish KPIs and performance measurement systems across operations and commercial functions.
• Deliver actionable insights on pricing product profitability customer profitability and market performance.
• Partner with operations supply chain procurement and sales leaders to improve business results.

Risk Compliance & ESG

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage enterprise risk insurance internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives relevant to manufacturing and industrial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience including senior finance roles.
• Experience within specialty chemicals chemical manufacturing industrial materials polymers rubber coatings additives or other process manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple manufacturing plants or production facilities.
• Strong background in cost accounting manufacturing finance FP&A treasury and business partnering.

• CFO from a specialty chemicals industrial materials carbon-based materials polymers rubber products coatings adhesives or related manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting businesses with multiple manufacturing sites and complex supply chains.
• Experience driving growth operational efficiency and profitability improvement within a process-manufacturing organization.
