Your key responsibilities

• Be responsible for facilitating until the delivery of the qualification training on agreed schedule.
• Support training sessionbypreparing training documents and materials.
• Plan develop and provide training and staff development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training virtual classroom training e-learning etc.
• Provide and summarize the status of training hour or learning reports to management.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelors degree in Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year working experiencein training coordinatoror training preparation.
• Skilled in using computers such as MS Word Excel (pivot and vlookup) PowerPoint etc.
• Open to new technologies and alwayskeep yourself updated on new tools
• Positive thinking good interpersonal skills and service minded.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Ideally youll also have:

• Self-driven and result oriented individual.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and work well as a supportive team player who can coordinate with fellow team members and be able to coordinate and work with other inter-departmental teams.
• Build and maintain good relationships with employee at all levels
• Able to handle Ad-hoc tasks
