Business Unit Head Rare Disease

Typical Accountabilities:

• Leads and develops the sales and marketing teams including but not limited to performance management talent management and career development
• Leads activities across brands including the definition design execution and measurement of all marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the brands objectives
• Responsible for sales execution within geography
• Responsible for budgetary compliance

Education Qualifications Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• 710 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in rare diseases oncology specialty care or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or promotional activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage develop and lead teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical healthcare and/or managed markets.
• Experience in sales and/or sales leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local and global healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare business management and commercial performance.
