AV & Infrastructure Support Technician

Required Skills:

3 years of experience in AV IT infrastructure or EUC support Hands-on troubleshooting of audiovisual and meeting-room equipment Microsoft Teams and video-conferencing support Experience supporting microphones speakers displays and projectors AV equipment setup break/fix support and replacement Onsite event and meeting support Basic networking knowledge Basic structured cabling knowledge IT infrastructure smart-hands support Laptop desktop and end-user device support Coordination with remote support teams vendors and client stakeholders Ticket updating and onsite service-visit reporting Knowledge of Crestron Extron Biamp Dante Logitech Poly or Cisco AV and collaboration technologies Good English communication skills Customer-facing professionalism Ability to work independently at client sites Availability for on-call and dispatch-based onsite assignments Ability to provide current location and hourly half-day or full-day service rates Willingness to work in Penang Malaysia
