Assistant Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Business Development Supervisor will oversee and provide direction to a team to ensure sales and revenue increase for moderately complex new and existing market segments and this role you will develop a strategic plan supervise the team on the business expansion strategies and make a contribution to the companys annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue.
- Oversee the team that collaborates with account managers to evaluate moderately complex business requirements and market needs.
- Provide direction to the team on new market segments and opportunities for future business development and growth return and investment calculations.
- Monitor and interpret moderately complex market development activities to align with company business goals.
- Provide input and guide the team on prioritization of market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
- Develop strategic business plan and share valuable insights to the respective stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 1 year relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- One year of supervisory experience
