Application Manager (Medical Equipment) (Thailand)

Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead the Application Team to implement team strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and effectiveness for pre-sales post-sales and consulting activities.
• Understand customer business needs and analyze system and product requirements.
• Lead pre-sales and post-sales activities including product presentations and application demonstrations.
• Provide technical information on product specifications features benefits and applications.
• Develop and deliver product and application training for internal staff to support effective selling activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing Service and other teams to provide effective customer solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Male/Female Age 30 years old or above
• Bachelors degree in related sciences
• At least 7 years of work experience in the medical product business (Neurology Rehabilitation ImagingSolutions Oncology Cardio Vascular Respiratory)
• Ability to learn and understand related technical/clinical information quickly
• Demonstrate strategic thinking
• Experience in people management is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of English communication (Reading Writing Speaking Listening)
• Service-minded
