Application Manager

Job Overview

As the Application Manager for Thailand and the Philippines you will drive technical demand and funnel conversion by supporting high-touch (HT) sales opportunities across both markets. Acting as the technical bridge between customers channel partners and Flukes sales teams you will apply deep product and application expertise to accelerate opportunities from qualification through to close. This role requires strong technical aptitude and excellent English communication skills as you will support customers and partners across both the Thailand and Philippines markets

Primary Responsibilities / Duties

High-Touch Opportunity Support

• Partner with the sales teams to identify qualify and advance high-touch (HT) opportunities across the Thailand and Philippines markets.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers and prospects throughout the evaluation and buying process.

• Funnel Conversion & Sales Enablement

• • Drive funnel conversion by translating customer requirements into the right Fluke product and application solutions.

• • Collaborate with sales to track opportunity progression and remove technical barriers to close.

• • Support accurate forecasting by maintaining clear visibility of the technical status of active opportunities.

• Technical & Application Expertise

• • Develop and maintain deep expertise across Flukes product portfolio and its application in customer environments.

• • Deliver product training application seminars and hands-on workshops to customers channel partners and internal sales teams.

• • Advise customers on best-fit solutions measurement techniques and relevant industry standards.

• Channel & Customer Engagement

• • Build strong relationships with distributors channel partners and end users to expand Flukes technical footprint in both markets.

• • Gather and relay market intelligence competitive insight and voice-of-customer feedback to product marketing and management.

• • Represent Fluke at customer meetings trade shows and industry events across Thailand and the Philippines.

  Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering technical sales support or a customer-facing technical role ideally within test & measurement or industrial products.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand demonstrate and position complex products and applications.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Thai and/or Filipino language ability is an advantage given the two-market scope.

  • Proven ability to support sales opportunities and drive funnel conversion in a solutions-selling environment.

  • Willingness to travel across Thailand and the Philippines to support high-touch opportunities.

  • Self-motivated team player able to operate effectively in a matrix multi-market environment.
