Maintain office files records and documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence emails and phone calls.
Prepare reports letters memos and meeting minutes.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate travel arrangements meetings and appointments.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Payroll Administration
Assist in payroll processing and payroll documentation.
Maintain employee attendance leave and overtime records.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure payroll accuracy.
Coordinate with HR/Finance regarding salary payments and deductions.
Ensure payroll records are updated and confidential.
Office Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Liaise with vendors suppliers and service providers.
Support company events staff activities and meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
General Support Tasks
Assist HR and Finance departments when required.
Handle data entry and update company databases.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management HR or related field.
Minimum 13 years of administrative or office management experience.
Experience in payroll administration is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Speaking and writing)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
