• Minimum: Vocational Certificate or Diploma
• Bachelors Degree is preferred

• 34 years of experience in Air Logistics Air Freight Operations Airport Warehouse Cargo Terminal Operations or Freight Forwarding.
• Previous experience in leading or supervising warehouse operations is preferred.

• Basic English communication skills.

The Air Logistics Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for leading and supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient safe and compliant cargo handling activities. This role coordinates with airlines cargo terminal operators subcontractors customs trucking providers and internal operational teams to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.

The Team Leader is also responsible for monitoring warehouse performance ensuring compliance with company procedures aviation regulations and customer requirements while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse and cargo handling operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with airlines cargo terminal operators subcontractors and service providers to ensure seamless cargo movement.
• Oversee warehouse activities including cargo receiving loading unloading palletization storage and shipment movement.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and operational accuracy.
• Ensure all shipments are handled safely securely and in compliance with company procedures and air cargo regulations.
• Coordinate with Console Operations Customs Trucking and Customer Care teams to ensure shipments are released and delivered according to schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure all cargo is weighed measured and handled correctly before shipment.
• Follow up and resolve operational issues including shipment delays cargo discrepancies damages and irregularities with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate operational records and update shipment information in company systems.
• Report operational issues service failures and performance concerns to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
• Support cost control initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Coach guide and support warehouse staff and subcontractors to achieve operational objectives and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations aviation security requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• 34 years of experience in Air Freight Operations Airport Warehouse Cargo Terminal or Freight Forwarding.
• Good knowledge of Air Export and Air Import operational processes.
• Experience coordinating with airlines customs trucking companies warehouse operators and cargo terminals.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Good understanding of cargo handling procedures aviation regulations and warehouse safety requirements.
• Service-minded with strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and warehouse or freight management systems.
• Basic English communication skills.
