Responsibilities
- Lead plan and supervise Admissions Office operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with institutional goals.
- Manage coach and develop admissions staff through clear KPIs training and ongoing performance feedback.
- Oversee daily admissions workflows to ensure smooth execution of enrollment and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to support recruitment and enrollment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to prospective students parents and key stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Coordinate with marketing student services and finance to ensure alignment across enrollment activities.
- Strengthen cross-department collaboration to improve recruitment effectiveness and student retention.
- Analyze admissions data KPIs and performance trends to support reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and present management reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Drive continuous innovation in admissions systems and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Communications Nonprofit Management or related field.
- 10 years of experience including leadership roles in admissions or related functions.
- Strong leadership strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service interpersonal problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and other tools).
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and quality of work.
- Excellent English communication (reading writing speaking).
