Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations Expert: Sample flashing via robot arm handler incl. robot programming in C# operations and maintenance
- Sample Device Programming: Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop strategies processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates.
- Clarify Service Requests: Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests.
- Handling Sensitive Data: Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards.
- User Onboarding & Management: Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and manage their permissions and roles.
- Collaboration: Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.
- Documentation: Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Technical Information Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Programming Skills: Advanced knowledge of programming and debugging in C# or C
IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence Jira MS Office).
Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.
Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks
Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.
Nice to have: Programming in Python IT Tools: SVN/Git Experience in use of Microscope Multimeter and Caliper Knowledge in 3D CAD modeling
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities proactive problem solving independent and reliable work style willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
