Senior Expert for competence domain Classical Packaging Technologies - Wire Bonding

• Act as a source of knowledge for assigned competence domain
• Represent ME-SE/ESP in area of expertise internally and externally
• Define process standards and quality acceptance criteria
• Continuously push the state-of-the art within ESP and support and enable its uniform application in MEMS packaging projects

and Assembly Project Manager

• Project Planning & Control: Maintain the assembly development plan track progress support SET decisions and ensure QA/QGC gate readiness
• RFQ & OSAT Sourcing: Coordinate the technical RFQ specification consolidate stakeholder inputs and support OSAT evaluation and nomination
• Sample Builds & OSAT Coordination: Plan and coordinate engineering sample builds. Serve as the main OSAT interface and ensure timely completion of deliverables and open actions.
• Tooling & Procurement: Coordinate tooling requirements initiate procurement and ensure readiness for planned builds
• Compliance Documentation & Risk Management: Ensure process compliance maintain project documentation and manage risks issues and changes through mitigation escalation and stakeholder alignment
