工作職責

• 領導並管理台灣Technical Solutions / Pre-Sales團隊
• 制定技術支援流程團隊KPI與technical strategy
• 帶領團隊設計Data Center Infrastructure解決方案包括
  • UPS / Critical Power
  • Thermal / Cooling Solutions
  • Electrical & Mechanical Infrastructure
  • Data Center Architecture
• 主導大型專案solution review技術簡報PoC 與technical consulting
• 與Sales 團隊合作推動strategic opportunities與customer engagement
• 協調ProductFactoryService與Bid Management團隊確保方案完整性與交付品質
• 管理technical escalation與複雜技術問題
• 持續追蹤AI Data CenterCooling 與Critical Power技術趨勢

職務條件

• 電機電子機械冷凍空調熱流或相關科系學士以上學歷
• 8年以上Data Center InfrastructureCritical PowerThermal Management或相關產業經驗
• 3年以上technical leadership或團隊管理經驗
• 具售前技術支援Pre-sales / Solution Engineering經驗
• 熟悉
  • UPS / Critical Power
  • Cooling / Thermal Management
  • Electrical & Mechanical Infrastructure
  • Data Center Architecture
• 具solution architecture與customer-facing technical consulting能力
• 具英文技術溝通與簡報能力
• 熟悉AutoCADRevit或相關設計工具者佳

加分條件

• 熟悉AI Data Center / Hyperscale Infrastructure
• 具Liquid Cooling或High Density Cooling專案經驗
• 具資料中心Cloud 或高科技廠房專案經驗
• 具顧問公司SI 或Colocation 客戶合作經驗
