Provide regular progress updates to management and executive teams.
Leading strategic initiatives.
Key Ownership
System Functional Team Leadership: Lead program-level schedule scope process and issue resolution activities. Drive change management initiatives to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
PLC and Documentation Management: Manage PLC MSPEKS and related templates with version control. Track revisions and communicate changes clearly to all stakeholders prior to implementation.
Meeting Facilitation and Action Tracking: Host Displays PLC meetings maintain documentation distribute meeting minutes (MMS) and drive action item closure with timely progress updates.
Program Evolution and Optimization: Lead ongoing generation-over-generation (Gen-over-Gen) initiatives focused on process efficiency cost reduction and complexity improvement.
Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain regular communication and alignment with functional team members to ensure consistent execution and shared understanding across teams.

Ad-Hoc presentations for driving decision making process
PLC Template maintenance Checkpoints document and Meeting notes.
RFQ status- update RFQ time and quote variance report bi-weekly basis.
Education and Experience Required
First level university degree and above
Advanced university degree preferred.
PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Typically 10 or more years in system level program management role
Experience in system manager role in Display product.
Knowledge and Skills
Proven expertise in end-to-end project and program management encompassing risk management process optimization and change management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of business management financial and leadership principles.
Advanced leadership capabilities including coaching conflict resolution and team management.
Highly skilled in multi-tasking and prioritization within dynamic environments.
Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills with a deep understanding of program management methodologies and leadership practices.
