Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes TW is currently seeking applicants for a Planning Supervisor responsible for helping Manager to monitor challenging objectives to align with companys strategical biz goals building up high performance standard and proceduresmonitor to achieveKPI and seeking for continuous parallel to drive and work with biz partners tosatisfy customer requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Manage On Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction - Satisfy customer requirement in order and delivery.

Max revenue and Billing target achievement - Rationalize manufacturing & shipping priority for billing target achievement.

• Production Planning (MPS/MRP) - Optimize production plan monitor production achievement and drive production improvement.

Inventory Management - Maintain reasonable inventory including to rationalize material demand control material flow and economize manufacturing resources.

leadership - Monitor the team track their performance simplify & systemize routine work to improve efficiency and achieve planning KPI.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors degree or abovein Supply chain orManagement related.

• 3 to 5 years of experience inleadership of supply chain management is preferred.

• knowledge of Semiconductor (diode) Industry is preferred.

• Communication skills in both Chinese & English
