Sr. NPI Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibility:

- Drive New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories
- Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team Test Designer Planners Suppliers) on new product introduction yield improvement and test cost reduction projects
- Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories
- Have knowledge of Tester Software Test Program (Advantest Teradyne etc.) and Test Data Analysis
- Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories
- Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings
- Provide technical expertise and support all test related issues and test procedures at OSAT
- Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis problem solving and teamwork with cross functional team

Requirements:

- Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering
- Basic problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Digital Mixed Signal test (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester handlers or prober (or willingness to learn)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Able to work independently with good initiative to overcome technical challenges
- Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situation
