Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes TW is currently seeking applicants for a Planner. Responsible forCustomer order processing from confirmation thru to delivery mass production planning inventory management KPI achievement and customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Business and Budget plan - Provide related simulation report on DLP CRP and capital planning to support business & budget target and goal.

• Time Standard Setting and Maintenance - Collect analyze and set up reasonable time standards.

• Continuous Improvement Program - Help and Initiate Improvement project either Capacity or Cost through constant on site observation & study.

• Regular and Routine Reporting - Simulation and Reporting by weekly monthly quarterly or yearly for management information and decision making.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors degree or above in Industrial Engineering orManagement related.
• 2 to 5 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Semiconductor (diode) Industry or supply chain.
• Communication skills in both Chinese & English
