Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Sr. Chief Engineer I PIE to join our growing this position the successful candidate will be responsible for Planar TVS product and leading integration across multiple front-end modules as well as dicing and assembly process to ensure product quality.

What you will be doing:

• Drive fab troubleshooting and integration across multiple modules to sustain and improve product yield.
• Perform product yield and failure analysis and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Quality and Process teams to resolve the quality issue from back-end and customer.
• Work with PE PD QA and Purchasing on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations process modifications and second-source suppliers to enhance cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D for new technologies and product development for manufacturing.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors degree or above in Physics and Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the diode field or in the wafer fabrication company.
• Solid understanding of diode and semiconductor processes.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Proficiency in quality control methods (SPC DOE) and data analysis software is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills.
