About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious SMTS WLT Technical Lead to join our world-class engineering team in Taiwan. Responsibilities

In the role of SMTS WLT Technical Lead you will:

• Lead and drive technical projects passionate about advanced packaging technologies including lithography cleaning deposition and bonding.
• Deliver technical insight and proficiency to secure smooth implementation of projects.
• Own the entire lifecycle of projects from initial concept through successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to keep Micron at the forefront of innovative technology.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A demonstrated history in engineering concentrating on advanced packaging technologies.
• Significant background in lithography cleaning deposition and bonding processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own and successfully implement projects.
• Strong capability to guide technical decisions and engage effectively with colleagues.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong communication abilities both written and verbal in English and an additional language.
