Shipping Specialist

1. Handle domestic and international import/export shipping and customs clearance operations including domestic cargo delivery and preparation of shipping documents.

2. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with overseas warehouses and liaise with local freight forwarders for import/export customs clearance and shipment arrangements.

3. Maintain import/export operation records and certification documentation for imported products.

4. Handle freight forwarder inquiries quotation comparisons price negotiations and logistics expense reimbursement/payment requests.

5. Apply for import permits for special or regulated items.

Qualifications :

1. Experience in electronics/electrical product import/export customs brokerage or customs clearance operations is preferred.

2. Good English business writing skills are preferred.

3. Experience in the import/export of dangerous goods is preferred.
