Senior Strategy & Planning Manager

Main Responsibilities:*

Deliver Sales Margin and Working Capital Targets

• Achieve Division sales margin GtN DSO and DOH

• objectives through disciplined planning and execution

Own and shape GT insights to inform strategic direction and executive decisionmaking

• Integrate GT insights across retailer segment regions and portfolio into a single strategic view.
• Set GT metrics and analytical standards.
• Highlight growth opportunities risks and implications

Define and lead GT strategy planning and portfolio prioritization

• Prioritize markets customers products and initiatives.
• Guide resource and investment tradeoffs.

Translate GT strategy into coherent plans and establish governance to ensure focus and alignment

• Convert strategy into clear assumptions targets and operating plans.
• Set governance and review cadence
• Post-performance view to complete PDCA cycle.

Orchestrate GT alignment across functions to enable integrated planning and decisionmaking to move forward project

• Act as the central GT strategy interface across key functions
• Lead the GT project across key functions

Skills & Experience Required:*

• Education: Bachelors degree
• 15 years in / sales / Trade marketing / distributor / Pharmacy / operation role within the top FMCG companies.
• Other qualifications/certifications: Strong Data analytic cross function partnership and strong communication and alignment.
