Role Overview:

As part of our exciting expansion plan in Taiwan we are hiring a Senior Recruiter. A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs anticipate growth and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the companys expansion plan. Youd play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact individuals capable of driving innovation and change within their respective teams. Join us for such an exciting opportunity!

What You Will Do

• Actively recruit top talent in all aspects of the business
• Work closely withhiringmanagers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find hire and retain quality talent
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Stay active with current with job boards social networks and platforms to find talent and plan create and release job descriptions and announcements

Essential Qualifications:

• At least4years of direct hands-on experience in either Recruitment
• Customer-oriented; understanding their needs and exceed their expectations
• Proven team player with excellent communicationespecially persuadingrelationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experienced various type of recruiting (bulk hiring leadership program etc.)
• Analytical creative and data driven
• Must be highly motivated able to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in executive level (Director or above) hiring is highly preferred.
