Senior QA Engineer

The Position:

Were looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the reliability performance and quality of our products as we continue to scale globally.

As a QA Engineer youll work closely with Product Managers Engineers and Designers to validate new features identify defects before they reach customers and help drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Youll play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers an exceptional experience for customers around the world.

This role is hybrid with three days per week based in our Taipei office.

• Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scenarios for new and existing features
• Perform manual exploratory functional regression and end-to-end testing across web applications and APIs
• Identify document prioritize and track software defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and Designers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
• Partner with engineers to improve test coverage and quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Assist in building maintaining and enhancing automated test suites
• Analyze application performance usability and reliability issues
• Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and release processes
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Quality Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies QA processes and testing best practices
• Experience testing web applications and APIs
• Experience creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases
• Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
