1. Global Category Strategy & Market Leadership
- Own and define global category strategies for Advanced Packaging Material to drive innovation in solutions for HBM and wafer-level packaging technology.
- Lead market intelligence including: Supplier landscape & capability mapping Technology roadmaps & inflection points Pricing models and longterm cost curves.
- Shape dualsource / alternatesource strategies and supply base optimization to mitigate concentration and continuity risks.
2. ExecutiveLevel Supplier Relationship Management
- Act as Microns primary commercial lead for strategic material suppliers executive reviews and escalation governance with supplier executives.
- Drive alignment on Capacity commitments Technology enablement and Longterm partnership frameworks.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Contracting
- Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation
- Lead negotiations for contract extensions and renewals renegotiation of prices transfers etc
- Apply shouldcost total cost of ownership (TCO) and global benchmarking models to negotiations.
- Own strategy governance and renegotiations as market or capacity conditions shift.
4. Cost Value & Business Impact Ownership
- Deliver repeatable cost and productivity impact across Advanced Packaging manufacturing processes and solutions
- Drive multiyear savings roadmaps.
5. CrossFunctional Business Partnering
- Establish strong partnership with TD Central Engineering Operations Planning and Finance.
- Influence sourcing strategies and technology readiness from a commercial and risk perspective.
- Serve as Procurement subject matter expert and thought leader shaping decisions beyond traditional buying.
6. Leadership as Individual Contributor
- Operate as a role model Senior/Principal IC setting standards for Strategic thinking Executive communication and Datadriven decision making.
- Lead complex global initiatives without direct people management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain or Business
- 5 years in Procurement Engineering or Category Management (semiconductor preferred).
- Demonstrated success in global negotiations and category leadership.
- Strong executive presence; comfortable engaging SVP/CEOlevel supplier leadership.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills including to navigate the organization influence decisions and align with stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with a forward-thinking approach
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or execute assigned tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
