Your mission

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Excellence manager will play a critical role in driving business performance by collecting and analyzing data supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing sales force effectiveness (SFE). Reporting to the leadership team this role will ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution to achieve commercial excellence.

1. Strategic Business Support:

Collect and analyze internal and external data to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to support strategic decision making.

Develop business cases and conduct sensitive analyses to evaluate potential initiatives.

2. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):

Be the single contact window with IQVIA (or other SFE service provider) and HQ SFE team to ensure effective sales tracking target setting and performance management.

Drive CRM tool optimization customer segmentation and incentive scheme design to enhance sales impact.

Collaborate with Oncology lead to align sales activities with business objectives.

3. Data and Reporting:

Develop dashboards and BI tools to track KPIs sales performance and customer insights.

Ensure data accuracy consistency and availability for decision-making.

Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team and regional stakeholders.

Lead customer insight systematization; facilitate development of customer segmentation and targeting approach. Hold validation steps to ensure segmentation quality and alignment with business objectives.

Drive challenge and facilitate resource allocation decisions. Consistently review: Sales Force Sizing and Structure Sales Force geographical allocation Sales Force Productivity evolution Channel and promotional investments Challenge the commercial organization to close the loop between Productivity analysis across different channels of promotion sizing and SF design and setup

Support roll-out of cross-functional sales force related initiatives which improve productivity

4. Process Improvement and Innovation:

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.

Lead projects to enhance systems tools and processes for better business outcomes.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelors degree in business Finance or a related field Pharma industry is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis sales force effectiveness or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in BI tools CRM systems and data visualization platforms.

Strategic thinking and business acumen.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Level of education and experience Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business 5 years experience in multinational companies or analytics department

Experience in healthcare is a plus In-depth knowledge of CRM SAP reporting systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Chinese and English Agile Growth mindset
