Job Summary
職位宗旨
依照飯店客房工作品質標準清潔客房及樓層公共區域並製作隔日早班報表以提供客房造型主任排房
主要負責事項
- 提早抵達公司著裝完畢準時到辦公室與晚班客房造型聯絡專員交接
- 值班時應穿著整齊制服黑襪黑色皮鞋並保持服裝儀容整潔符合W形象髮長過肩應束髮以確保工作安全
- 妥善保管領取之房卡MVPN及Pantry鑰匙並於晚班聯絡專員下班時確實核對鑰匙及手機數量領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責
- 每位晚班客房造型師負責巡視樓層以確保安全巡視前需列印出Out of Service / Order報表於巡視樓層時一併檢查以確認乾淨與否
- 巡視樓層時一併確認備品室及消防梯是否已經上鎖
- 遵守所有公司政策和程序
- 協助處理房客需求及遞送備品
- 協助整理臨時需要打掃的客房
- 遇到客訴時陪同迎賓櫃檯經理處理突發狀況
- 協助迎賓櫃檯英才尋找客人寄存在客房造型部的遺留物
- 製作隔天早班客房造型主任所需的樓層報表
- 紀錄房客向客房造型部所借出的品項
- 完成主管交辦事項
- 與隔日早班客房造型聯絡專員交接
