( 1) Evaluate the reasonable prices of various types of real estate and prepare real estate appraisal reports in accordance with relevant regulations and expertise in real estate valuation techniques.

(2) Confirm the appraisal needs with the property owners and provide clear explanations of the contents of the real estate appraisal report.

(3) Undertake urban renewal or public sector projects attend meetings on behalf of the firm when necessary and conduct presentations and Q&A sessions.

(4) Organize market research data provide market analysis recommendations and serve as a consultant to assist in resolving customer needs.
