Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co. Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a QA Manager. Responsible for lead and manage Quality and Reliability department in Siliconix Taiwan to assure good performance of raw materials assembly testing and shipment of finished products to meet quality goals

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co. Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage the Quality and Reliability department in Siliconix Taiwan to assure excellence in raw materials assembly testing and final product shipment to meet quality goals.領導台灣Siliconix 品質與可靠度部門確保從原物料組裝測試到最終成品出貨的各個環節皆展現卓越績效達成品質目標
• Manage the QRA team to perform quality activities effectively and achieve departmental KPIs. 管理並帶領 QRA 團隊高效執行各項品質活動以達成部門關鍵績效指標
• Interpret Q&R specifications and implement in-process monitoring to consistently meet quality goals.解讀品質與可靠度 (Q&R) 規格並於製程中落實監控機制以穩定達成品質目標
• Manage Reliability/Quality plans and monitoring programs to ensure consistent alignment with corporate QRA objectives. 統籌管理品質與可靠度計畫及其監測方案確保執行細節符合 QRA 部門之核心目標
• Deploy quality programs (e.g. TQM 6 Sigma) with manufacturing to promote a company-wide quality culture.在製造端導入並推動全公司性質的品質計畫如 TQM6 Sigma 等藉此深化企業整體的品質文化.
• Collaborate with other Vishay Siliconix Asia Quality teams to implement cross-functional quality improvement activities.與 Vishay Siliconix 亞洲區跨部門品質團隊協作共同執行跨功能的品質改善活動.
• Ensure quick response to customer returns and lead Failure Analysis (FA) for effective customer complaint resolution.針對客戶退貨與客訴提供快速響應並領導失效分析 (FA) 以有效解決客戶問題

What you will bring along:

• 10-12 years in semiconductor and at least 5 years at supervisory of QRA 具備 10 至 12 年以上半導體產業經驗
• 5 年擔任品質與可靠度保證 (QRA) 部門主管或管理職之經驗
• Proficiency in English. 精通英語
• Bachelor or Master degree in EE / ME /IE or relative fields.
