Project Manager

Job Purpose/summary

This position exists to provide end-to-end daily operational coordination and project support for the MPL product.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for operational excellence across MPL product family and transport modes to meet customer deliverables
Partner with commercialgrowth enablement QHSE and procurement to aid in the strategic development of the customer.
Establish and track goals metrics and indicators for success for the MPL project.
Demonstrate adapability for market fluctuations supply chain disruptions and customer timelines to meet contractual terms.
Establish and foster data driven relationships with clients focusing on joint strategic vision and initatives aligned to global MPL growth strategies
Accountable for the internal implementation of the customer solution ensuring reporting structure QHSE requirements and continuous improvement loops embedded in organization
Effective independent judgment in order to set priorities and work independently.
Drive operational excellence across teams
Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to customer program deliverables
Identify value added solutions for the customer and Maersk
Represent the account(s) during business implementation and execution including onboarding of new Maersk product portfolio; collaborating with internal project owners accordingly.
Responsible for identifying and reducing program operating cost

Required qualification experience & skills

• Bachelor degree or above

• At least 6years working experience in international logistics

• Extensive executional experience across all transport modes; ocean/air/rail/truck/barge to include OOG cargo.

• Past project management

• Customer facing engagements and presentations

• Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making across regions product(s) and internal stake-holders

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
