Responsibilities:
in cross-departmental meetings take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
prepare project reports operational data analysis and presentation materials ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
in procurement processes to support operational needs.
Requirements:
knowledge of project management or operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) preferred.
communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team spirit.
-oriented with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively under pressure.
in Chinese and intermediate English proficiency (reading writing and speaking).
5. 2027 summer graduates (undergraduate and graduate programs).
6. Internship period: September 2026 end of June 2027
7. Availability: minimum 3 working days per week.
