UCTis looking for a talented Production Assistant tojoin us inTainan!

Job Summary:

The assistant of MFG is to help handle related matters about manufacturing for example audit document preparation customer service data acquire wip control critical & urgent parts finding CCTV check and to align with production team with Engineer or sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit related documents arrangement/prepare.
• CCTV check when production receive parts IPQC DMR checking request
• Assist in updating the quantity of Wip to be cleaned in the factory for specific customers.
• Assist to know the specific parts clean progress to feedback to supervisor or Planner.
• After align with user update eCOA new request and pass to production to follow.
• To find E order/ W orders parts when customers/sales request to ship back.
• Work closely with the production line/supervispr/Planner to meet customer shipping requirements based on customer requirements and shipping date.
• Other Jobs assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• At least 1 years of progressive experience in parts clean related field
• Excellent communication skills across the organization functional teams.
• Good skill in Microsoft office software including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical quantitative and organizational skills
• Passion to learn new things

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Business

Experience Requirement:

• Work Experience: 1 yrs
